Prior to Yapta, Mr. Romary served as Vice President of Marketing for Alaska Airlines, where he led all marketing efforts including the award winning Mileage Plan loyalty program. He also managed Alaska Vacations, inflight services, and launched Alaska's first inflight digital entertainment.

Mr. Romary also served in executive product management roles at Electronic Arts/Disney educational software, and at the onset of his career worked in brand management for General Mills. Mr. Romary holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University, and an MBA from Harvard University.

Mr. Romary said, "The team at Rearden is incredibly talented and focused on delivering break-through innovations in the ecommerce universe.
