Rearden Commerce Appoints Former American Express Executive As SVP, Travel Services

Andrew McGraw brings extensive experience in leading global sales and marketing initiatives at high-growth organizations

Rearden Commerce, creator of the Deem™ ecommerce platform, today announced the appointment of Andrew McGraw as Senior Vice President, Travel Services. A seasoned global sales executive with deep domain expertise in the travel industry and B2B ecommerce, Mr. McGraw will oversee the sale and distribution of both the Deem Consumer and Deem at Work application suites to the entire ecosystem of travel — from travel management companies to airlines, hotels, car and cruise companies and more.

Mr. McGraw comes to Rearden Commerce from American Express Business Travel, where he most recently served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager, Worldwide Sales, responsible for sales strategy, global field effectiveness for the sales and client management organizations, and business planning and sales execution in all market segments and verticals worldwide. Immediately prior to this position, Mr. McGraw was Senior Vice President and General Manager of North America at American Express Business Travel, where he had full management and P&L responsibility for the U.S. and Canada businesses, including business strategy and planning, business development, and customer growth and retention. During his tenure, Mr. McGraw successfully led the business transformation from transaction processing to business process outsourcing in the U.S. and Canada.

Earlier in his career, Mr. McGraw served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at regional travel company Travel One, Inc., which was acquired by American Express after four years of rapid growth. Prior to Travel One, Mr. McGraw held executive roles at US Airways including Senior Managing Director, National Sales and Programs, where he was responsible for the airlines national B2B sales.
