Deem is distributed globally by more than 40 strategic partners, connecting tens of millions of consumers and more than 65,000 business customers to more than 1.2 million merchants—leveraging relevance to enable the most personalized, relevant, and high-margin transactions possible.

Patrick’s vision has been validated by $340 million in venture and corporate capital from such blue chip investors as American Express, Citi, Foundation Capital, JPMorgan Chase, Oak Investment Partners and Khosla Ventures. Prior to founding Rearden Commerce, Grady spent 10 years in various venture capital and leadership roles in the technology sector and currently serves as an advisor to MerchantCircle, the largest online network of local business owners, combining social networking features with customizable web listings that allow local merchants to attract new customers and WSO2, a leading Open Source technology company focused on Web services middleware.
